Summit Studio Terms

1. General Agreement

- By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
- Summit Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- Failure to follow these Terms may result in denial of service or blacklisting.

2. Services Provided

Summit Studio offers:

- Graphics (logos, banners, etc.)
- ERLC Liveries (police, fire, DOT, etc.)
- Uniform Designs
- Websites
- Discord Servers (setup, channels, roles, embeds)
- Discord Bots
- In-game Photography

3. Payments

- All payments are made in Robux unless otherwise stated.
- A down payment of half the order amount is required before work begins unless explicitly agreed with the owner of the server.
- Prices are subject to change at any time.
- Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started.

4. Refund Policy

- Full refunds may be issued only if work has not started.
- Partial refunds may be considered depending on progress.
- No refunds will be given after final delivery.

5. Revisions

- Each order includes a reasonable number of revisions (typically 1-3 unless stated).
- Additional revisions may require extra payment.
- Major changes after approval may be treated as a new order.

6. Turnaround Time

- Estimated delivery times will be provided but are not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to workload, complexity, or communication delays.
- Clients are expected to respond in a timely manner to avoid delays.

7. Client Responsibilities

- Provide clear instructions, references, and assets when placing an order.
- Ensure all provided content does not violate Roblox, ERLC, or Discord ToS.
- Maintain respectful and professional communication with staff.

8. Usage Rights

- Clients receive rights to use the final product for personal/server use.
- Reselling, redistributing, or claiming the work as your own is prohibited.
- Summit Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or advertisements unless otherwise agreed.

9. Intellectual Property

- All designs remain the intellectual property of Summit Studio until full payment is received.
- Unauthorized use of unpaid work is strictly prohibited.

10. Order Cancellation

Summit Studio reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

- Harassment or disrespect
- Lack of communication
- Violation of Terms
- Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.

11. Liability

Summit Studio is not responsible for: - Misuse of products, Issues caused after delivery (e.g., Discord changes, ERLC updates)
- We do not guarantee outcomes such as server growth or engagement.

12. Blacklisting

- Users who scam, chargeback, or violate these Terms may be permanently blacklisted from all Summit Studio services.
